Biography :
Professor. Aicha LAOUANI conduct research on the physico-chemical characterization by HPLC-DAD and UHPLC-MS of medicinal plant extracts allowing the identification of the main phytochemicals suspected of being biologically active and on the other hand on the evaluation of the therapeutic effects attributed to these compounds by the use of specific biomarker assays during clinical trials carried out on healthy volunteers in the first phase and on patients in a second phase time. Currently, research is being conducted on metabolic diseases, obesity, hypertension, dyslipidemia and cardiovascular disease.
