Biography :
Dr. Long-Li Lai Obtained His Ph. D. degree in 1992 from Department of Chemistry, University of the Witswatersrand, South Africa under supervision of D. H. Reid. After that, he did his postdoctoral study in Institute of Chemistry, Academia Sinica from 1992 to 1996, and then worked as researcher in Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) from 1996-1998. He then moved to Department of Applied Chemistry, National Chi Nan University as an assistant professor. In 2003, he was promoted to Professor. His current research focuses in the fields of triazine-based dendrimers or dendrons with porous or mesogenic properties.
