Prof. Fatih Kahriman

Biography :

Prof. Dr. Fatih Kahrıman is a full professor and Head of the Department of Field Crops at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, Türkiye. His research focuses on maize breeding, grain quality assessment, spectral analysis of agricultural products, and high-throughput phenotyping methods. He has led or contributed to over 30 national and international R&D projects. Dr. Kahrıman develops machine-learning-based models for haploid/diploid kernel classification and prototype phenotyping devices such as the NHISS-Maize system. He has authored more than 80 peer-reviewed publications, holds seven national patents, and serves as Chairman of BAF Electronic Software Agriculture Inc.
