    There are multiple ways to get to the Restaurant Apollo - Van der Valk Hotel Paris CDG Airport, including by plane, train, or metro:

    By Plane

    From Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG), the hotel is just a short drive away. You can take a taxi or use the hotel’s shuttle service if available. If driving, take the D902 road towards Roissy-en-France, then follow signs for the Van der Valk Hotel.

    From Aéroport de Paris Orly Sud et Ouest (ORY), take the A6 towards Paris, then follow the Boulevard Périphérique "Extérieur" and take the A1 motorway towards Lille. Exit at "Roissy-en-France" and follow signs for the hotel.

    By Train

    From Gare du Nord or Gare de l'Est, take the RER B train towards Charles de Gaulle Airport and get off at "Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 1" station. From there, take a taxi or the hotel’s shuttle service. The total journey takes approximately 30–40 minutes.

    By Metro

    There is no direct metro to Roissy-en-France, but you can take the RER B train as mentioned above. Alternatively, take metro line 7 to "La Courneuve - 8 Mai 1945," then transfer to bus line 350 towards Roissy Pôle and get off near the hotel.

    By Bus

    Bus line 350 from Porte de la Chapelle in Paris goes directly to Roissy-en-France. You can also take the RoissyBus from Opéra in central Paris to the Charles de Gaulle Airport and then a taxi or hotel shuttle to the venue.

    During the entire Congress, the attire will be casual and informal.
  • Guest attendence policy
    All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibition hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.
  • Safety and security
    Please do not leave bags or suitcases unattended at any time, whether inside or outside the session halls. Hotels strongly recommend that you use their safety deposit boxes for your valuables.
  • Liability and insurance
    The UR Forum is not held responsible for personal accidents, loss, and damage to private property of participants. The participants are requested to carry their belonging with them. Participants should make their own arrangements for insurance (travel, health etc.)
