Be an Ambassador and Get Your Expenses Covered by the Organization!

  • Refer one (1) new participant → You receive 25% OFF, and the referee receives 15% OFF on the registration fee.

  • Refer three (3) new participants → You receive 50% OFF, and each referee receives 15% OFF.

  • Refer five (5) new participants → You receive FREE registration, and each referee receives 10% OFF.

  • Refer ten (10) or more new participants → You receive FREE registration + FREE accommodation + Best Conference Ambassador Award, and each referee receives 5% OFF.

How to Refer:

  • Send an email to your colleagues or friends inviting them to participate in the URF Referral Program.

  • Announce the conference during staff meetings, academic gatherings, or professional discussions.

  • Use promotional materials to spread the word within your network, across social media platforms, and during classes, lectures, or seminars—such as advert inserts, conference banners, presentation slides, and newsletter text.

  • Share details in journals, event programs, and on notice boards in your universities, colleges, hospitals, clinics, and organizations.

  • Follow up with your contacts to check if they have questions and encourage them to register.
