Agnieszka Sobierajska-Rek, PhD, PT is an associate professor at the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, Medical University of Gdańsk, Poland. She works as a physiotherapist at the Center for Rare Diseases, specializing in motor assessment and physiotherapy care for patients with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). She is the author and co-author of numerous scientific publications. Her research focuses on multidisciplinary care in DMD and advanced methods of motor assessment, aiming to improve standards of rehabilitation and quality of life for patients with rare neuromuscular disorders.
