1. ARRIVING BY PLANE:

• Take the Red Line metro from Aeroporto station (located at Terminal 1).Travel toward Saldanha Station — the ride takes around 16–18 minutes.From Saldanha, it’s about a 5-minute walk to Jupiter Lisboa Hotel (located on Avenida da República 46).The metro is efficient and a good option if you have larger luggage. You’ll need a Viva Viagem card or contactless payment; fares are around €2–€2.50.

 

2. ARRIVING BY BUS:

• From Lisbon Airport Terminal 1, head to the Carris city bus stop near the arrivals area.Take Bus 744 or Bus 783 heading toward the city center.Get off at the stop "Avenida da República", which is only about 150 meters from Jupiter Lisboa Hotel.The bus ride takes approximately 20–22 minutes.The ticket costs about €3 and can be purchased directly on the bus or via a transport card.

All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibition hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.

Please do not leave bags or suitcases unattended at any time, whether inside or outside the session halls. Hotels strongly recommend that you use their safety deposit boxes for your valuables.

The UR Forum is not held responsible for personal accidents, loss, and damage to private property of participants. The participants are requested to carry their belonging with them. Participants should make their own arrangements for insurance (travel, health etc.)
