Biography :
Dr Natalie Jones is an occupational therapist, clinical academic and implementation researcher with over 30 years' experience across the National Health Service in the UK. She leads programmes that strengthen research capacity, workforce development and innovation in primary care. Her research focuses on implementation science, organisational culture, workforce transformation and knowledge mobilisation to improve health services. Natalie is an NIHR Senior Research Leader and has received national awards for research impact, leadership and advancing evidence-informed practice across health and care in the UK.
