Biography :
Dr. Michelle Samora de Almeida, MD, PhD, is an ESGO-Certified Gynecologic Oncologist specializing in gynecologic malignancies. She is Professor of Oncology, Head of the Department of Oncology, and Director of the Clinical Oncology Residency Program at the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP). She also serves as Chief of the Oncology Service at São Paulo Women’s Hospital, a public tertiary referral hospital within the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS), and as a researcher and consultant gynecologic medical oncologist at HCor, a philanthropic hospital operated by the Syrian Beneficent Association. She is a Steering Committee member of LACOG’s Gynecologic Oncology Committee and National Lead Investigator for RAINFOL-08.
