Dr. Debora Ginocchio

Biography :

I am a psychologist, psychotherapy trainee, and postdoctoral researcher in Criminology. After completing my Master’s degree, I trained as a psychologist in a correctional setting, focusing on the psychotherapeutic treatment of perpetrators of gender-based violence, a role I’m continuing in my clinical training. My research focuses on the prevention of gender-based violence, particularly sexual harassment in academia, which was the subject of my doctoral thesis and several publications. I have taught seminars and workshops for university and high school students. I am currently a research fellow at the University of Modena and Reggio-Emilia, working on similar topics.
