Biography :
Yolanda Patiño received the BSc degree in Chemical Engineering and her phD degree from the University of Oviedo, Spain, in 2010 and 2016 respectively. She is currently Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemical and Environmental Engineering at the University of Oviedo, where she teaches a variety of courses in Environmental Engineering. Her research in the University of Oviedo was complemented with one international stay at the University of Antwerpen in 2014. Her research interest is focused on adsorption processes and electrochemical removal of emerging pollutants and waste biomass valorization to obtain fuels.
