Livia Molinari has a degree in Environmental Sciences (specialising in land use) and has worked for over 15 years as an environmental officer for the company Valli S.p.A., where she is responsible for managing and implementing the various environmental obligations relating to the waste management activities carried out by the company, with particular reference to the organic waste chain. In the field of technical standardisation, in recent years he has participated as an expert in various national (UNI), European (CEN) and world (ISO) working groups.
