Professor of University of Warsaw (Warsaw, Poland), researcher and university lecturer in the Faculty of Biology. Currently the Director of the Institute of Biochemistry. The main professional interests: plant biochemistry and biotechnology, particularly natural compounds occurring in medicinal and edible plants. Memberships in Scientific Societies: American Chemical Society (ACS), European Federation for the Science and Technology of Lipids (EuroFedLipid), Polish Botanical Society.
