Biography :
Dr. Minghai Fu, Associate Professor /School of Pharmacy/Hainan Medical University Dr. Fu received his PhD in Nutrition physiology from the University of Queensland Australia on October 2017. He is a recipient of the title of Hainan Top Talent in Hainan Medical University. He leads a research team with a focus on nutritional and pharmacological research of traditional medicine and has attracted more than 4 million Yuan in research funding since 2017. He has authored over 50 refereed papers, 3 books, 11 patent applications, 2 nutraceutical products development, and supervised 4 PhD students and 10 master students
