Ayushi Gupta

Biography :

Ayushi Gupta obtained her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Botany from the University of Delhi. she was awarded the Panchanan Maheshwari Memorial Prize (Gold Medal) for being the best candidate in M.Sc. Botany examinations. Subsequently, She completed her doctoral studies at the International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology, New Delhi. During my PhD, she worked on deciphering molecular mechanisms underlying rapid adaptive nature of insects. Besides, she also studied the role of the gut microbiome in insects’ survival. she have now been offered Women in STEM Post-Doctoral research fellowship at the University of Edinburgh, UK.
