Prof. Sikiru Oluwarotimi

Biography :

Dr Sikiru O. ISMAIL is a British Chartered Engineer (CEng MIET) and an Associate Professor (Reader) of Advanced Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering and Materials at the University of Hertfordshire, England, United Kingdom. He obtained ND, BEng (Hons) and MSc degrees with First Class Honours, Distinction Grades and Prestigious Prizes in all his degrees before his PGCE and PhD degrees with exceptional Awards. He has several years of experience in both industry and academia, especially in Europe, Asia and Africa. Dr Ismail has designed, developed and optimised several machines, storage and processing systems powered by renewable/sustainable energy for various applications. He has won research grants locally, internationally and published UK REF eligible journals out of more than 150 high quality peer reviewed articles. He is a Visiting and an Adjunct Professor to a few universities. As an internationally recognised researcher, he is a Reviewer, an Editorial Board Member, an Associate, Scientific and Guest/Lead Editor of many reputable Journals. He is a Member, Chartered/Registered Engineer and Fellow of many relevant professional bodies in USA and other countries.
