Biography :
Kaies SAMET is an Associate Professor of Economics at the Higher Institute of Industrial Management of Sfax and a researcher at the Development Economics Laboratory (LED) of the Faculty of Economics and Management of Sfax, Tunisia. He has held a PhD in Economics from the University of Sfax since 2009 and He dedicates his research to financial and technological innovation, transport and logistics economics, energy transition, environmental sciences (sustainability parenthesis, institutional quality, the issue of brain drain and financial economics.
