Public health is the science and practice of protecting and improving the health of a community through education, disease and injury prevention, wellness promotion, and health protection. From scientific research to health education, A well-functioning health care system consists of a good financing mechanism, a well-trained and adequately paid workforce, reliable information upon which base decisions and policies are made, and well-maintained facilities and logistics to deliver quality medicines and technologies which are very much essential, according to the World Health Organization i.e. WHO. The WHO has also estimated that globally there are 9.2 million physicians, 19.4 million nurses and midwives, 1.9 million dentists and other dentistry personnel, 2.6 million pharmacists and other pharmaceutical personnel, and over 1.3 million community health workers, making the health care industry one of the largest segments of the workforce.

Health care estimated at $3.09 trillion in 2014 and is projected to soar to $3.57 trillion in 2017. The healthcare market in the U.S. in 2014.in involved the major groups of hospital care ($959.9 billion), physician and clinical facilities ($618.5 billion), dental services ($122.4 billion), and prescription medicines ($290.7 billion), along with nursing home and home health care ($248.5 billion).
