Corneliu Bolbocean

Biography :

Dr. Corneliu Bolbocean is a health economist and researcher at the Nuffield Department of Population Health Care Sciences, University of Oxford. His research focuses on health-related quality of life, health economic evaluation, and long-term outcomes of preterm and very low birth weight populations. He has led international individual participant data meta-analyses examining HRQoL in adults born preterm. His work integrates causal inference methods, machine learning, and preference-based outcome measurement to inform policy and clinical decision-making in maternal-child health. He previously held a position at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
