
Sheraz Mazhar is a doctoral researcher at Coventry University, England, affiliated with the Centre for Future Transport and Cities. His research focuses on cybersecurity, authentication, and formal verification in connected and autonomous vehicle systems, as well as smart Internet of Vehicles (IoV) networks. He is the principal investigator of the project “Developing Next Generation Authentication Schemes for Smart IoVs,” and his recent works include a 2024 publication on authentication and verification schemes in vehicular networks and a 2025 IEEE conference paper on formal verification of autonomous vehicle systems using threat analysis.
