Tao Liu received the B.S. degree (Mathematics and Applied Mathematics) and M.S. degree (Applied Mathematics) from Harbin Engineering University, Harbin, China, in 2007 and 2009, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree (Mathematics) from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, 2014. From 2022 to 2023‚ he was a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is currently an Associate Professor at the School of Mathematics and Statistics, Northeastern University at Qinhuangdao, China.
