Dr. Saarah Talha

Biography :

Dr. Saarah Talha is currently a resident doctor at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital. During her orthopaedics rotation, she contributed to research under the guidance of Mr. Ford and Professor Cool, focusing on the evaluation of hip fracture pathways. In her role as Lead Medical Student Educator, she developed interactive musculoskeletal modules aimed at enhancing learner engagement and strengthening clinical reasoning skills. She is also preparing to publish findings on specialty-specific training programs within orthopaedic centres. By integrating frontline clinical practice, structured research mentorship, and innovative curriculum design, Dr. Talha aims to advance strategies that improve both patient outcomes and the quality of surgical education.
