Dr. Dario Kalacun

Biography :

Dr. Dario Kalacun is a General and Skeletal Trauma Surgeon specializing in spinal, pelvic, and hip trauma, with a particular focus on reconstructive hip and pelvic surgery and arthroplasty. An ATLS-certified instructor, he brings a strong clinical and academic background in trauma surgery. His primary research and clinical interests center on complex reconstructive procedures of the hip and pelvis. Currently pursuing a PhD, Dr. Kalacun is actively engaged in multiple research studies, serving as Principal Investigator in one of them. He is affiliated with the Traumatology Department at the General and Teaching Hospital Celje, Slovenia.
