Biography :
Billy K. Huh, M.D., Ph.D., is Professor and Medical Director of Pain Medicine at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. He is board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine and specializes in cancer pain, interventional procedures, neuromodulation, and chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy. Before joining MD Anderson in 2013, he held faculty and leadership positions at Duke University Medical Center. His research examines high-intensity laser therapy, chemotherapy-induced neuropathy, neuromodulation, and cancer-related pain. Dr. Huh is an investigator, educator, and international lecturer whose work integrates engineering, clinical medicine, innovative technology, and multidisciplinary care to improve outcomes for patients with complex pain conditions.
