Biography :
A.K. Rafikov is a researcher at the Institute of Nuclear Physics, Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan. His research interests include semiconductor physics, radiation effects in silicon, defect states, structural modifications of semiconductor materials, Raman and infrared spectroscopy, and electrical characterization. His current research focuses on radiation-induced defects and impurity-related complexes in silicon using combined spectroscopic, structural, and electrophysical methods.
