General Guidelines

There are multiple ways to get to the Crowne Plaza Paris - Republique, including by plane, train, or metro:
By plane

From Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG), take the A1 motorway towards Paris, then follow the Boulevard Périphérique "Intérieur" and take the Exit "Porte de Bagnolet". From Aéroport de Paris Orly Sud et Ouest (ORY), take the A6 towards Paris, then take the "Phériphérique Exterieur", then take the Exit "Porte de Vincennes".

By train

From Gare du Nord or Gare de l'Est, you can take the metro line 5 or a taxi, both of which take about 10 minutes.

By metro

The hotel is located where five metro lines meet, making it easy to get around Paris. Some say the public transportation is literally outside the front door.

By Bus:

Various bus lines serve the area around République, including lines 75, 56, and 20.

All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibition hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.

Please do not leave bags or suitcases unattended at any time, whether inside or outside the session halls. Hotels strongly recommend that you use their safety deposit boxes for your valuables.

The UR Forum is not held responsible for personal accidents, loss, and damage to private property of participants. The participants are requested to carry their belonging with them. Participants should make their own arrangements for insurance (travel, health etc.)
