Biography :

Dambar Bahadur Khadka is currently devoted in his PhD work under Central Department of Food Technology, TU; on the research project “Evaluation and characterization of bio-functional properties (Antioxidant activity, antihypertensive activity and antimicrobial activity) of whey protein hydrolysed by protease extract obtained from Benincasa hispida (Ash gourd) and traditional soybean fermented food kinema” His research interests span into Food, Nutrition & Dietetics. He has altogether half dozen of international and more than half dozen of national publication in the field of food, nutrition and dietetics. He had participated and presented several poster and oral presentation in various national and international symposium and conferences.
