Biography :
Dr. Martin T. Braun was born in Wangen im Allgäu, located in Southern Germany. In 1972, he earned his degree in Medical Sciences from the University of Heidelberg with an excellent grade, followed by a Doctorate of Medicine the same year, awarded magna cum laude for his published work titled “Possibilities of Differential Diagnosis of Uroliths by X-ray.” He currently serves as the Medical Director and Chair of the Bodensee Laser Clinic Dr. Braun. In recognition of his commitment to global health and peace, he was honored in 1985 as a co-recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize as a member of the International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War (IPPNW).
