Biography :
Dr. Hengming Ke received his Ph. D from Harvard University in biophysics and crystallography in 1989. After graduation, he has been appointed as an associate professor and professor by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1990 to present. His research aims at understanding structure and functions of medically important proteins and enzymes. His group currently focuses on structure-based and AI-guided design of inhibitors of phosphodiesterases and succinyl-diaminopimelate desuccinylase.
