Biography :
Dr. Adhimoorthy Prasannan serves as an Assistant Professor in the field of Materials Science and Engineering, with a specialization in polymer science and the applications of nanomaterials. He has earned a Ph.D. from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST) in Taiwan, as well as a Master of Science degree from the University of Madras in India. His research endeavors concentrate on the development of innovative polymer-based membranes, composites, and hydrides aimed at environmental remediation, energy storage, and biomedical solutions. As a distinguished researcher, Dr. Prasannan has contributed to over seventy peer-reviewed publications. He is committed to advancing membrane fabrication techniques, polymeric nanoparticles, and functional nanocomposites, effectively integrating fundamental scientific research with practical applications in industry. His expertise spans both academic and industry-oriented research, particularly in research and development roles within the biotechnology sector and quality assurance, emphasizing his exceptional capability to translate laboratory innovations into technologies that effectively address global sustainability challenges.
