General Guidelines

There are multiple ways to get to the Crowne Plaza Rome - St. Peter's, including by car, shuttle, or public transportation:

By car
From Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino (FCO) Airport, take the Rome FCO motorway for 10 kilometers, then take the Aurelio-Città del Vaticano Ring Road exit 1. Follow Via Aurelia for 1.2 kilometers, then turn right onto Via Aurelia Antica. After 500 meters, the hotel is on the right side of the road.

By shuttle
The hotel offers a shuttle bus to and from Fiumicino Airport, or you can book a private transfer. The hotel also offers a courtesy bus to and from the airport for a fee. 

By public transportation
The Cornelia metro station is just over 1 kilometer from the hotel. You can also take the bus lines 889 or 892 from Aurelia Antica/Torre Rossa to the hotel.

Official letters will be issued on request by e-mail within 5-7 working days. Please send us your complete details full name (as mentioned in the passport) postal address and passport number via the contact us page on the website.

All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibition hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.

Please do not leave bags or suitcases unattended at any time, whether inside or outside the session halls. Hotels strongly recommend that you use their safety deposit boxes for your valuables.

The UR Forum is not held responsible for personal accidents, loss, and damage to private property of participants. The participants are requested to carry their belonging with them. Participants should make their own arrangements for insurance (travel, health etc.)

Free left luggage and Cloakroom facilities are available within the venue.
