Biography :
Dr. Mohammad Ehtisham Khan is presently working as an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Chemical Engineering Technology at Jazan University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Previously Dr. Khan completed his Ph.D. in the Department of Chemical Engineering, at Yeungnam University, and later worked as a Post-doctoral Research Associate in Chemical Engineering, Yeungnam University, Republic of Korea. Dr. Khan teaches several courses in the chemical engineering department and handles various final-year graduation projects. Dr. Khan is working in the cutting-edge area of nanosciences and nanotechnology, especially inorganic materials such as biogenic fabrication metal-metal oxides nanoparticles and carbon materials based on nanostructures/nanocomposites. Their applications in photocatalysis, photoelectrodes, photocurrent, antimicrobial performances, and sensing of various hazardous gases. Dr. Khan has 45 publications in international peer-reviewed journals, conference proceedings, and 20 book chapters, edited 3 books in Elsevier with more than 1825 citations with 22 h-index and 35-i index. Dr. Khan also received several national and international awards for his research and academic achievements.
